Whenever I search for a stop by route, your system fails to recognize when I press 2. I think 1 means downtown and 2 means outbound, so half the time it's useless because I can't get the direction I want. And of course, very few bus stops have stop numbers listed. Please make RapidRide buses searchable via the touchtone telephone route-lookup interface. As it is, since these routes use letter rather than number designations, there doesn't appear to be a way to look them up. Perhaps if a user presses 2 on the route-lookup menu, the system would ask if they want KCM route 2, or RapidRide A, B or C, and if they press 3, if they want KCM 3 or RapidRide D (similar to how if you enter ...more »
