Phone system not recognizing 2 key
Whenever I search for a stop by route, your system fails to recognize when I press 2. I think 1 means downtown and 2 means outbound, so half the time it's useless because I can't get the direction I want. And of course, very few bus stops have stop numbers listed. Also, it can take a long time to get to the stop you need when you can get the right direction. Yesterday I spent 10 minutes listening to stops on the 234 before reaching the one I needed. I liked it when you first chose a neighborhood or general area to narrow it down.
