When the E-purse on someone's "O.R.C.A." card [provided by VIX TECHNOLOGY] is zero, or less than the regular fare they normally use, *_IF_* they use cash-to-pay-the-fare, the card __WILL-NOT_ register and provide the 2-hour transfer, which the card is advertised as supposed-to-be-providing. The fareboxes on PIERCE TRANSIT & KING CO METRO cannot direct the O.R.C.A. readers to accomplish this. "Cheryl Huston" is the Regional ...more »
With the new live tracking feature, it is easy to see which bus I'm on. I'd be more than happy to send you all my GPS data by saying I'm on a particular bus and you can use that data to track the bus with higher accuracy. Could be as simple as adding a link in the bus info pop-up saying "I'm on this bus".
Shows the routes of school buses as an on/off switch. Turn it on and it shows school bus routes and turn it off for regular bus routes.
Sound transit route 106's missing it's stops at University of Washington Bothell, 76009/76234, and possibly others as well.
My bus is running on a holiday route and I basically have to guess my stop based off of previous stops (which is about four stops away). It would be nice if the route for my bus was shown.
Post a list publicly of the best and worst routes by area.
A list of routes that are aways late or didn't show up. Maybe making this info public would shame them into fixing the problem routes.
The OBA app shows the following as a PT stop: http://pugetsound.onebusaway.org/where/standard/schedule.action?id=3_16127. However this stop does not occur in the PT GTFS downloaded from soundtransit.org, and the pierce transit web site will not plan a trip to this stop, nor does it show this stop on the route map it is supposedly served by, PT 28. This appears to be an invalid stop in the OBA data.
This is my go to app for Seattle commuting! I live in Kitsap County and commute daily. I would love to see the coverage expanded to include the Kitsap Transit system.
It would be nice if we could "follow" or "add" bus stops on OneBusAway, and then we could get notifications about our buses. For example, a notification could pop up on your phone, saying something like "Your bus is on time today" or "Your bus is "x" minutes late/early today". It would be great if we could get notifications like that without having to check the bus app for that information ourselves.
route 77 northbound doesn't show up in Intl District Station - Bay A
It used to show up couple of weeks ago, now it doesn't, even though the bus still comes.
alert riders when the bus will not be coming or there will be a significant delay
