I just spent a half an hour trying to catch the A Line in Tukwila because they moved the bus stop for whatever reason when i could have stayed on the train. If the One Bus Away app actually told me that 'hey this bus stop is affected by maintenance issuses. Be advised. ' Then i could've saved time. By the app not telling riders that their bus route is affected it fucks it all up. No one actually uses the website to see ...more »
To be able to seach like sea world or 12th & imperial and it shows what bus routes go there. Currently you can't seach by anything but bus route but what if I don't know what bus route to take.
It would be nice if you would post changes with routes during events. Let the riders know buses will be detouring early by posting sign at the bus stop this will effect. So you can plan ahead so riders aren't late for work or appointments. They do this in Pinellas County and it's very helpful. Especially when you have to walk further to catch the bus.
99% of the time I'm at bus stop X in the morning and bus stop Y in the evening. It would be nice to have the appropriate stop selected and ready to go when I open the app. If it's the morning when I open the app, it's ready to go with the list of departures at the park and ride. I don't have to wait for the phone GPS to figure out where I am. I don't have to zoom in so that I can pick one of several departure bays. ...more »
Would love to have a way to view busses arriving in the next 15 minutes within a half mile of me. Maybe make the time and distance adjustable. Would make spontaneous trips much easier.
If the bus drivers could note if both racks are taken already that would be greatly appreciated. Sometimes i wouldwould like to take the bus instead of biking but by the time the bus gets there theres no racks and i could have started riding if i was able to look in the app and see if there is one available!!
How can I opt out of or remove service alerts? They clutter my viewable screen.
In several locations in SanDiego there are 6-9 busses/trains dotting the map. I don't even know which kne to push. The app Transit has it right....just display a list of all available lines in each location! Bingo!
Having a saved home location and a button that will show you all your options for returning "home" from your location
Distance to selected stop with estimated time to walk to that stop.
Add trip planner to this app, the website isn't working properly. This would make things easier for everyone
Possible to add amazon echo integration? That way I can ask Alexa about when the next bus is coming to my morning bus stop.
