There is so little activity on this, and most comments so old, I have difficulty believing that you are getting useful info. I don't know if you need to market this better to get more feedback. Or, the inactivity is the vote that it's just not perceived as useful or worth our time. SO many people love that the app exists and rely on it. I don't understand why there are (proportionately) so few comments. Overall suggestion: Rethink this process. Consider, If it were not already in place, is THIS the process you would choose for getting feedback?

The principal developer of OneBusAway graduated and is now working for Google, so there seems to be much less work on new features for now. That's probably why people are not engaging with this system very much right now.
